How do I get started using Videocize:
To use Videocize and take full advantage of all it can offer you only need a Windows computer, a color printer, and Internet connection. Getting started with Videocize is very simple. To create a new program select the ‘Add New Wizard’ and follow the instruction, once you have an empty program you can add exercises and links. From here you may select to print out, export, or create a video tape of this exercise program. There are two categories for a program: Patient or Protocol which allows you to create a basic template you can reuse again and again.
