Created by physical therapist and athletic trainer Andrew Bloch, owner of Advanced Sports Medicine Wellness Institute, Videocize was born out of necessity.After scribbling home treatment exercises on scraps of paper for his patients, Bloch determined there had to be a better way to prescribe home exercises. Not only was it counterproductive for Bloch, often times his patients had trouble following the stick figure drawings, became frustrated, and gave up on their home exercise therapies.

Bloch set out to create an effective method through which he could prescribe home exercises that helped educate patients while encouraging them to follow treatments. His vision was to become a resource for his patients, ensuring they fully realized their potential with the best results possible. Backed by a team of experts in physical therapy, sports medicine and rehab, the Videocize program was born.
